Ashley Valentine

Ashley joined Greycroft in 2025 and is based in San Francisco. She oversees the firm’s people strategy and HR.

Ashley brings over 20 years of experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles, serving as a trusted advisor on human capital best practices and implementing employee initiatives that foster high-performing and inclusive cultures.

Prior to Greycroft, Ashley was the Executive Director of Human Capital at Rockwood Capital for more than a decade. Previously, she was the Head of Human Resources at RS Investments and held senior Human Resources roles at Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock, where she led company-wide initiatives, spearheaded cultural transformations, and improved employee engagement.

Ashley holds an MA in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University. She is also a certified New Ventures West Integral Coach®.
