Brenden Glapion

Brenden Glapion is Corporate Counsel at Greycroft, where he advises on the firm’s legal matters.

Before joining Greycroft, Brenden was a corporate associate at Gunderson Dettmer where he advised on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions representing a wide variety of technology companies throughout their life cycle and venture capital firms in portfolio company investments.

He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkelely, School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practice law in California.
