Carley joined Greycroft in 2022 and is based in San Francisco. She focuses on climate tech investing for the CCS Sustainability Fund. Prior to Greycroft, Carley was an Investment Associate at Decent Capital, Tencent co-founder Jason Zeng’s family office. At Decent Capital, she invested in early-stage companies across consumer internet, e-commerce, and B2B SaaS sectors. Prior to Decent Capital, Carley worked in Product Management at BrainCo, where she assisted in the company’s go-to-market strategy for machine learning based cognitive training applications and Brain Machine Interface wearables. Carley holds a BA in Chinese Language and Culture and a minor in Economics and was a member of the NCAA soccer and lacrosse teams at Wellesley College.
