JP Mantey joined Greycroft in 2024 as the Head of Transformation and is based in Los Angeles. He drives operational excellence across the firm while partnering with portfolio companies through critical growth phases. Previously, John Paul was Global Head of Revenue Enablement at Icertis, where he built and scaled the function before being promoted to Head of Culture to lead the company's comprehensive refounding initiative. He began his career in private equity at Equus Capital Partners before spending several years as a management consultant, advising Fortune 100 companies and startups on executive development, cultural transformation and operational excellence. John Paul holds an MS in Organization Development from Case Western's Weatherhead School of Business and a BA in History from Catholic University.
