Pria joined Greycroft in 2022 and is based in New York City. She advises on the firm’s legal matters. Previously, Pria was Corporate Counsel at GOAT Group. Prior to that, Pria was an associate in Goodwin’s Tech and Life Sciences group, where she advised private and public companies and investment funds on transactions through every stage of the corporate life cycle. Pria holds a BA in Neuroscience and French & Francophone Studies from Columbia University and a JD from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
