Hank joined Greycroft in 2019 and is based in New York City. He manages the firm’s legal matters, including portfolio company investments and exits, fund formation, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Hank was a corporate and securities law attorney at Gunderson Dettmer, where he advised emerging growth companies on transactions throughout their lifecycles and leading venture capital funds in their investment activities. Hank was the Director of Legal at BounceX before joining Greycroft and started his legal career at Proskauer Rose. Hank holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and a JD from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
