Melissa joined Greycroft in 2023 and is based in New York City. Melissa oversees Greycroft’s compliance program. Prior to joining Greycroft, Melissa was a Principal at KKR, where she spent seven years working on a wide range of compliance matters including transactional compliance due diligence, portfolio company monitoring, regulatory filings, governance, and code of ethics matters. Prior to KKR, she was a legal and compliance analyst at Siguler Guff. Melissa holds a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University.
